White Oak Homebuilders LLC is a new name, but we’re not new to the business. We’ve been building homes since 1966. Our founder, Josh Petry, started as a maintenance person for his father’s building company, learning the ins and outs of the trade, how to manage subcontractors, and much more. He left to start his own company and is now the owner and founder of White Oak Homebuilders LLC. We build single family homes, upscale apartments, and condominiums in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
