Our Founders
When you work with a home builder, it’s important to ask about their background and the experience they bring to their work. We’re proud to have a legacy of construction excellence that goes back three generations.
Our family has been working in the Roscoe area since 1969, when James Petry began building homes. James’ son Jeff began creating full housing developments and involved his children in the business as they grew, including our founder, Josh Petry.
Josh started as a maintenance person, learning the ins and outs of the business, how to manage subcontractors, and much more. He left to start his own company with a sibling and is now the owner and founder of White Oak Homebuilders LLC, building single-family homes, upscale apartments, and condominiums in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
